SECOND LIFE CHARTER 50+
All companies participating in WELCOME TOMMORROW have signed this charter to validate their registration. They understood the ongoing changes in our society and are committed by this strong act to make their business more respectful of users, and ethical rules in the business that will govern the society of tomorrow. This charter intentionally excludes areas that are the subject of other commitments or certifications, such as sustainable development or global warming.
We condemn forced labour and refuse to enter into a commercial relationship that does not conform to the strict observance of human rights.

We ensure that all workers and producers at the end of the chain receive fair and equitable remuneration regardless of their status.
We make sure that all technical and commercial information about our products, services and assistance given to consumers is honest and clean; they describe exactly but only services rendered and proven.
An easily accessible consumer service makes it possible to collect all the questions, complaints or suggestions from the users and to answer them as quickly as possible. A call tracking and traceability system exists or will be put in place before the end of 2020.
We ensure by the appropriate controls that all our partners, suppliers and subcontractors respect the 7 commitments of this SECOND LIFE 50+ charter (or must put in place before the end.
We accept that an external association mandated by SECOND LIFE comes to control the good respect of these commitments by our company and will put all the justifying documents at its disposal.
